HOW TO PURCHASE
Jewelry purchased directly through this website can be delivered to the USA and anywhere else in the World. For international orders and/or PAYPAL payment preferences, please contact me via email and I will process your order with these specificities.
Elektrika Banana (aka ELK.BNA) accepts all major credit cards. For security, your billing address must match the address on file at your credit card company. If there is a discrepancy, there will be a delay in processing the order.
If you prefer to use Paypal as a payment platform, please e-mail me, and I'll send you my Paypal info.
If you live in Oregon and makd a in-person purchase, I accept checks.
For online purchase, ELK.BNA does not accept personal checks, money orders, CODs, or Layaway Plans.
Oregon does not have sales tax, even when you shop online from an other State! Enjoy!
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been submitted, it is considered final. We cannot guarantee the purchase can be modified or cancelled.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All ELK.BNA jewelry is shipped in a wrapped gift box, e-mail me if you want to add a personal note.
All Elektrika Banana purchase is automatically ensured. It is a way to protect both of us from losses or damages. However, I give you 3 options.
- Pick-up with appointment at my studio in Portland, Oregon (sorry, Oregonians and Portlanders only) - Free
- $5.95 USPS Priority mail. This option automatically insure your order up to $50. If you purchase for more than $50 but still decide on that option, remember that Elektrika Banana cannot be held responsible in case of damage or loss of your order.
- $14 flat rate USPS shipping. Your order will be insured up to $500. This is a great option if you purchase more that $50. It is really worth it.
For security reasons, online purchases require an adult signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
All purchases are shipped via USPS. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by the shipping method. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Elektrika Banana cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
A confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you upon shipping your order.

NOTE: The purchaser is responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by their country of residence.
Should ELK.BNA be invoiced directly from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due which will need to be paid immediately.

Please enclose a detailed repair request, your contact information, and the original sales invoice. We recommend that you package the item securely and ship it via insured mail. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for a repair assessment. Detailed repair information and a repair charge estimate will be sent to you once the assessment has been completed. Most damage due to normal wear and tear will be fixed complimentary, though I reserve the right to determine what constitutes normal wear and tear versus user damage.
I can repair non Elektrika Banana products, only with in-person meeting in Portland, Or. I will not take repairs or other jewelry if you don't liv in the Portland area.
I will first evaluate your item, and if a repair is posible, I'll give you an estimation.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For online purchases, ELK.BNA accepts merchandise in its original condition for a store credit when accompanied by the original packaging and original sales invoice. Please note that I cannot accept jewelry that has been worn, used, altered or damaged.
Should you decide to return a purchase for credit, you must notify me directly first and ship merchandise back within 10 days of receiving your order. You will need to obtain a Return Authorization number from Elektrika Banana, and have that number clearly marked on the package in order to be accepted.
Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded.
I recommends that you ship merchandise via FedEx, UPS, USPS or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. ELK.BNA will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Credit for jewelry will only be honored if the return instructions above are followed. Elektrika Banana reserves the right to refuse return for credit or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements in the company's sole discretion.

My goal is to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information on this website. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any website be completely free of human or technological errors. This website may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and product information. I reserve the right to correct any such errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
Elektrika Banana uses appropriate security measures to protect the information you will provide. However, while I take reasonable steps to protect this personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure, you accept that no internet data transmission can be guaranteed to be secure from access by unintended recipients and will not hold ELK.BNA responsible for any breach of security unless this breach is due to a gross negligence from our part. Elektrika Banana will never sell email addresses or physical addresses to third parties.
